Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to manage inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products while delivering exceptional customer service. This fully remote position allows for adaptability and provides all necessary equipment for a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in sales or customer service, and strong communication skills. Additional perks include performance-based commissions and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interlock products through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client concerns.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
