Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth nationwide. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, sells Interlock products, and delivers exceptional service to clients.

You will work remotely, with all necessary equipment provided, and report to the Care Center Sales Manager. The position highlights uncapped commissions, a comprehensive health plan (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) with company match, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient with Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Follow up and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues and maintain detailed CRM records.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
