Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role nationwide. The position manages inbound and outbound Care Center calls, sells Interlock products, and delivers exceptional service to clients.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–8pm, with Saturday and Sunday 8am–5pm, representing a 40-hour work week. This role offers uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) with company match, and additional fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound Care Center calls to promote and sell Interlock products.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Maintain records in CRM and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
