Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for its Care Center Sales team. This fully remote role handles inbound and outbound calls, promotes Interlock products, and delivers service excellence to customers nationwide.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with a consultative selling mindset and strong relationship-building skills. The position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive health plan and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; and qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound Care Center calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
