Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a motivated Implementation Specialist (Spanish) to manage customer onboarding and support in a fully remote capacity. This role involves working with both Spanish and English-speaking clients and tailoring solutions to meet their specific technical needs.

Ideal candidates have a strong SaaS support background, with 2+ years of experience and fluency in both languages. The position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
• Experience in SaaS deployment with security software preferred.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Keeper’s software for all customers.
• Tailor solutions to customer’s needs.
• Offer continuous technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer configurations.
• Gather feedback to improve product functionality.
• Oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently.
