Keeper Security is seeking a Multilingual Customer Success Manager fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients with a focus on retention, expansion, and technical alignment of Keeper solutions. The role supports a remote US workforce with a Chicago metro hybrid option.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success, strong software integration knowledge (SSO, Directory) and comfort engaging with Senior Management/C-level

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Strong technical knowledge related to software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc).
• Experience selling to Enterprise, IT and Cyber Security executives.
• Multilingual in Portuguese/Spanish/English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within named accounts and manage renewal/upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior management and C-level contacts.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals, align business and technical goals.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and drive adoption of Keeper solutions.
• Act as a Keeper product expert and support sales/marketing calls when needed.
• Provide guidance on best practices for password security and data protection.
