Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a driven Multilingual Customer Success Manager fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. This role supports an established client base with revenue growth through renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.

A strong focus on executive relationships and technical alignment will drive value across our security solutions. Remote work is possible from select locations with a hybrid schedule for Chicago-area candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Strong knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.).
• Experience selling to Enterprise accounts and C-level executives.
• Tri-lingual Portuguese/Spanish/English preferred (or bilingual Portuguese/English).
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within an established client base through renewals and expansions.
• Build relationships with senior management and C-level contacts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells, and upsells with clients.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and align on business/technical goals.
• Maintain regular cadence with named accounts and coordinate with Keeper teams.
