Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Retention Program Advisor to engage with customers regarding appointment scheduling and account inquiries in a fully remote role.

You will use retention rebuttals to address hesitations, secure attendance at installations, and reschedule as needed, while maintaining a positive customer experience in a high-volume environment. Ideal candidates are bilingual English/Spanish, have at least six months in customer service, and are proficient with CRM systems and

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required (eligible for extra compensation).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention roles.
• Experience handling objections or retention scenarios is a plus.
• Strong multitasking across CRM and scheduling systems during live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment rescheduling and account support.
• Provide clear information on policies and procedures for installation steps.
• Handle cancellations by addressing root causes and offering retention solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM and scheduling tools.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive, solution-focused conversation.
• De-escalate difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
