Remote Latinos LLC is seeking a bilingual Acquisition Manager to join our U.S.-based real estate investment operation. You will be the first voice motivated sellers hear and the person who gets the deal signed, with full CRM, scripts, contracts, video training and daily coaching from leadership.

This full-time, remote role requires high-volume calling, quick lead response, and strong Spanish-English fluency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a results-driven phone role such as sales or call center.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required (C1+).
• Ability to manage high-volume calling and turn a high volume of 'no' into opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Respond to seller leads within 5 minutes.
• Maintain follow-up cadence for the first 7 days to achieve 80%+ contact rate.
• Qualify sellers on property, condition, timeline and motivation using scripts.
• Make offers on conversations, about one per day.
• Negotiate and sign purchase agreements, aiming for at least 1 in 10 offers.
• Keep deals together through inspection and closing with honest communication.
• Log every call and notes, and handle Spanish-speaking sellers end to end.
