Job summary

Lingraphica is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Product Support Specialist to assist users of speech-generating devices and software. This remote role fits a 10 a.m.–6 p.m. or 11 a.m.–7 p.m. EST shift, with opportunities to contribute to testing and defect reporting.

Key duties include managing inquiries via multiple channels, expanding device and app knowledge, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Travel up to 2 times/year within the US may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role with end users.
• Proficient in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to internal and external Lingraphica users via phone, email, chat, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, PM, and Engineering to resolve issues and deploy enhancements.
• Maintain and improve Lingraphica's external knowledge base.
• Test pre-launch product features and report software defects.
