Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Bilingual Portuguese Inbound Customer Service Representative for a remote, work-from-home role in the United States.

You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to loan and dues accounts, providing timely, professional assistance to owners while following company policies. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with at least two years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to type 30 wpm.
• Willingness to work a structured schedule including holidays, overnights, evenings, mornings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls for the loan and dues accounts within the portfolio.
• Assess inquiries and respond in a timely and effective manner to resolve issues while building relationships.
• Evaluate accounts using tools to determine appropriate actions.
• Provide solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective service.
