Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Bilingual Portuguese Inbound Customer Service Representatives. This is a work from home call center position that provides paid training.

Only candidates fluent in English and Portuguese AND live within the states of Florida or Nevada will be considered for this opportunity. Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of ~30 wpm.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls for loan and dues accounts.
• Assess and respond to owner inquiries to prevent issues and build relationships.
• Evaluate accounts and determine necessary actions.
• Provide solutions within time limits; follow up and document transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely service.
