Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls for the loan and dues accounts.
• Assess and respond to owner inquiries to prevent issues and build relationships.
• Evaluate customer accounts and determine appropriate actions.
• Provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely service.
• Perform other duties as needed
