Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Representative to support our customers from a home-based call center role in the United States, with paid training provided.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and candidates must reside in Florida or Nevada. The position emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and the ability to manage inquiries across multiple channels while following policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good math aptitude and ability to type 30 wpm.
• Strong work ethics and professionalism.
• Ability to work a structured schedule including holidays, overnights, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to loan and dues accounts.
• Assess and respond to owner inquiries promptly to resolve issues and build relationships.
• Evaluate customer accounts and determine necessary actions.
• Provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely service.
