Oscar Medical Group seeks a bilingual physician to join the Virtual Health Assessment Team. This remote role requires supervising NPs/PAs and delivering care via phone/video, with oversight by the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

The candidate must be board-certified in Internal or Family Medicine, licensed in at least two Oscar States (TN plus TX or FL), and fluent in Spanish per proctored assessment. Telemedicine experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency verified by proctored assessment.
• 3+ years experience in outpatient family or internal medicine.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States (TN required + TX or FL).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state-by-state regulations.
• Deliver medical care virtually (phone, video, and messages) per Oscar guidelines.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
