Devoted Health is seeking a Bilingual Pharmacy Guide to support members in English and Spanish. You will conduct outbound calls, identify barriers to care, and connect members with pharmacy, financial assistance, and care support programs.

• 2+ years in a high-volume member-facing role (outreach, enrollment, retention)
