Devoted Health is seeking a Bilingual Pharmacy Guide to support members remotely across the United States. This fast-paced role centers on outbound calls to assist members with medication adherence, access to care, and enrollment in programs.

You will engage English- and Spanish-speaking members, build trust quickly, and help resolve issues by coordinating with pharmacies and care teams while aiming for measurable performance goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume member-, patient-, or customer-facing role involving outreach, engagement, enrollment, retention, behavior change, or consultative problem solving.
• Bilingual proficiency: professional, native-level fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and ability to influence conversations while listening carefully.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound calls via autodialer to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs for English and Spanish speakers.
• Build trust quickly by asking thoughtful questions and identifying barriers to care.
• Enrol eligible members in pharmacy, financial assistance, medication adherence, and care programs.
• Investigate member issues and determine root causes; coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and clinical teams to resolve needs.
• Utilize internal systems and AI-assisted tools to research questions and provide accurate information.
• Document interactions and manage follow-ups, ensuring follow-through on member needs.
• Adapt to changing tools and priorities while applying coaching to improve performance.
