Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume member-facing role with outreach, enrollment, retention or problem solving.
• Strong listening and communication to influence decisions and guide conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound calls via autodialer to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs.
• Build trust quickly by asking thoughtful questions and identifying barriers to care.
• Use active listening and personalized communication to address hesitations and guide actions.
• Enroll eligible members in pharmacy, financial assistance, medication adherence, and care support programs.
• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and internal clinical teams to resolve member needs.
