Job summary

Resumonk is hiring Bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will be a key contact for patients and providers, handling inbound calls, scheduling, and outreach while ensuring professional, accurate, and compassionate service.

The role supports insurance verification, Medicare/HEDIS outreach, and requires strong English/Spanish communication. Ideal for candidates with healthcare front desk or scheduling experience and a quiet, secure home workspace.

Qualifications

Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
Ability to learn and follow scripts, SOPs, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound patient calls and messages, appointments, and nonclinical inquiries.
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider workflows.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups and engagement campaigns.
Route clinical questions to licensed staff per scripts.
Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
Document calls and patient interactions accurately in systems.
Maintain attendance, productivity, and patient-experience standards.
