Resolv.Global is hiring bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, assist with appointments, and conduct outbound outreach while supporting insurance verification and prior authorizations within established scripts and workflows.

We seek candidates with healthcare scheduling or front desk experience, strong data entry skills, and excellent English and Spanish communication.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience handling inbound calls and outbound follow-up in a structured environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointments, callbacks, and nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider/workflow requirements.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, wellness visits, outreach campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff when needed.
• Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations workflows.
