Job summary

PocketHealth, a North America–wide patient-centric health records platform, seeks a Bilingual Patient Experience Representative (French) to support patients in accessing their health records and navigating the PocketHealth platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a customer service role with phone and email communication (mandatory).
• Excellent bilingual communication in French and English (verbal and written).
• Experience or passion for healthcare is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support and platform education to patients via email and phone.
• Be a key contact for patients accessing health records and navigating the PocketHealth platform.
