Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced telehealth or healthcare setting.
• Ability to onboard patients, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via email, chat and phone in both languages.
• Assist with onboarding, product education and general platform troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot account management, shipments and billing issues.
• Escalate medical questions to the healthcare team as needed.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and feedback to improve the patient experience.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor and de-escalate when necessary.
