Imagine Pediatrics seeks a Provider Engagement Specialist II to join its Network Development team. This remote role based in Baton Rouge entails significant travel throughout the state.

The primary location for this role is remote in Baton Rouge, LA but will entail frequent (up to 50%) travel throughout the state. Expected schedule requirements are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT with some weekends for conferences and/or events. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role but not required.
As a Provider Engagement Specialist I II (PES) you will work collaboratively with providers in markets where Imagine Pediatrics is contracted to further our mission of increasing safe days at home by delivering care for medically complex children. As part of the Network Development team, you will develop and manage positive, long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations. You will serve as an ambassador and representative of Imagine Pediatrics in your territory with the goal of enrolling eligible patients and their families in Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model.

The role offers a base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 in addition to a quarterly bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
