Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled pediatric medical group, is seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist III. The role is primarily remote, based in Newark, NJ, with up to 75% travel across the state to engage providers, care teams, and health plans.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT, with occasional weekends for conferences or events. You will build and manage long-term relationships with physicians and groups, enroll eligible patients into our app-based care model, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within assigned territory or market.
• Coordinate events and support day-to-day operational needs and decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for providers and community organizations in the territory.
• Provide input on central engagement strategies from field experience.
• Handle day-to-day challenges independently and work with the Director on broader issues.
• Collaborate with providers, care teams, and local organizations to boost brand recognition.
• Identify engagement opportunities by pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs.
• Mentor and support new and associate-level team members.
• Meet and exceed monthly engagement targets.
• Travel within territory and market for team member support and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with health plans.
