Qualifications

• 2–3 years in healthcare, eligibility screening, case management, or high-touch customer service.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP, or SNP is a plus.
• Comfort navigating multiple screens and documenting information in real time.
• Must follow HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with members applying for Medicaid, MSP, or LIS.
• Explain eligibility rules in simple, warm terms when needed.
• Gather and verify sensitive personal and financial details for enrollment/recertification.
• Navigate multiple software systems to track progress and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
