Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee complex technology implementations with emphasis on AI and CCaaS solutions. The role balances technical understanding with financial management, client interaction, and rigorous project oversight within a PMO environment.

The ideal candidate will lead multiple workstreams, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high-quality deliverables while collaborating with global teams and strategic clients to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
