You’ll provide strategic guidance to optimize CCaaS platforms and enhance customer experiences, while building strong client relationships throughout the deployment.

The role emphasizes delivering service-focused solutions, planning with Agile methods, and coordinating on-shore and off-shore teams.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Conversational AI, CCaaS, and FDE skills.
3+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and delivering cloud contact center platforms and analytics.
3+ years of experience in AI chatbot/virtual assistant design and integration with cloud CC platforms.
3+ years of experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CCaaS implementations ensuring on-time delivery, scope, and budget.
Provide strategic guidance to optimize CCaaS platforms for better customer experience.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary contact during deployment.
Plan and estimate delivery work with Agile approaches and manage on/offshore teams.
Work with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
Interact with client stakeholders on business justification, funding, and timelines.
