Job summary

IdeaTek is seeking a Bilingual Internet Support Specialist to help customers with wireless, fiber, and phone services. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver empathetic service, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Remote role open to candidates in Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, Tennessee, Oklahoma, or other remote locations. You’ll join a team that values growth, community, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting or high-volume support.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Remote candidates in KS, AZ, TN, OK or MO are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot wireless, fiber internet, and phone services to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
• Provide a consistently high level of service to existing IdeaTek customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and positive customer outcomes
• Identify trends or recurring issues and share insights to support process improvements
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction
