Job summary

IDEXX's North America Inside Sales Team is hiring a bilingual Inside Sales Support Representative who speaks English and French. You will handle orders for diagnostic products and supplies via phone, fax, and email, leverage Salesforce, and recommend IDEXX solutions to veterinary practices.

The role offers an hourly base rate around $21 per hour, with shift differential, annual bonus, and day-one health/dental/vision benefits. This is a remote position within the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Sales, customer service and/or customer facing experience.
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Capability to absorb and articulate technical information.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or scientific discipline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders for diagnostic products and supplies through multiple channels including phone, fax, & email.
• Establish credibility among domestic veterinary customers and use discovery to make recommendations for additional products and services.
• Answer questions regarding ordering products, shipping inquiries and IDEXX online platforms.
• Use Salesforce.com to maintain accurate customer profiles and interactions.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Be part of a phone queue receiving inbound calls and emails; attend trainings, coaching sessions and development time.
