Job summary

This remote role requires fluency in English and French, strong technical aptitude, and experience in a contact center or veterinary setting. Training begins November 16, 2026.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
• Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, lab, or contact center.
• Prior phone support experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and technical skills; ability to learn software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Instruct customers on the use of IDEXX in-house diagnostic analyzers.
• Coordinate installations and troubleshoot hardware and software integration.
