The role requires 6+ months in a call center, English proficiency (B2+–C1), and Bogotá residence. Training occurs onsite at Connecta 80 for 1 week; then remote operations with an indefinite contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
• English level B2+ – C1 required.
• Must reside in Bogotá.
• Internet connection 300 Mbps or higher.
