Valet Living, LLC is seeking a Bilingual People Operations Associate (HR Operations) to guide onboarding, answer policy questions, and ensure compliance in a fast-growing, remote role. You’ll support new hires and associates, manage inquiries, and assist with Workday tasks and data analysis using Excel.

The ideal candidate speaks Spanish and English, has 0–2 years in HR or People Operations, and is detail-oriented with strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in HR or Business preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 0–2 years HR or People Operations experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; Workday experience preferred.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires in a high-volume environment.
• Respond to policy and procedure questions; ensure compliance.
• Manage inquiries via case management system and respond promptly.
• Input data into Workday and assist with reports.
• Support wage audits and employment verifications.
