This remote role requires 1–2 years of healthcare customer service experience, strong communication, and detail orientation. Eligible for quarterly bonuses; health benefits and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare billing, insurance, or medical collections familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to billing, payments, claims, and coverage.
• Explain billing information, benefits, and services clearly to patients.
• Gather information, research accounts, and resolve inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Schedule work to ensure proper call coverage and productivity.
• Collaborate with leadership to support performance goals.
