This onsite role in Sugar Land, TX requires Spanish fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare, insurance, or medical collections experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls related to billing, payments, claims, and coverage.
• Explain billing information and benefits clearly to patients.
• Research account details and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet performance goals.
• Schedule calls to ensure adequate coverage.
