AppleOne is seeking a WFH Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative for a contract remote healthcare contact center. You will assist members, providers, and stakeholders with questions about eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and program services, delivering accurate information by phone and written channels.

You must be fluent in English and another language, have at least one year of customer service experience, and be comfortable navigating multiple systems remotely while upholding

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, healthcare support, or related experience.
• Fluent in English and a second language; language proficiency assessment required.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone, written correspondence, and system workflows.
• Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits, services, and program requirements.
• Research, investigate, and resolve complex or escalated customer service issues using multiple systems.
• Process enrollment, disenrollment, and other program transactions while following quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve inquiries and elevate recurring issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information while meeting productivity, quality, and performance goals.
