Insight Global is seeking remote customer support specialists for a Reading, PA client. You will act as the front line for general inquiries and issues, handling inbound break/fix calls and assisting with administrative tasks related to Connected Fleet digital tools.

Responsibilities include gaining product knowledge, escalating issues, managing tickets and calls, and collaborating with supervisors. Bilingual in French is required to support a diverse customer base.
