Qualifications

• Outbound calling, call center, or enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional, empathetic communication style with script discipline.
• Comfortable working with a CRM and multiple software applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialer.
• Follow scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
