Job summary

UnitedHealthcare seeks a Bilingual English/Dine’ Customer Service Advocate to support customers remotely from New Mexico. You will handle health plan questions, guide beneficiaries through plan options, and assist with enrollment while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Hiring for full-time hours with a training period, you’ll use digital tools and resources to empower customers to self-serve and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Dine’
• Experience with Windows PC applications and learning new computer system applications
• Ability to handle 50–70 calls per day and maintain focused work time

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries on the first call (benefits, eligibility, claims, accounts)
• Explain health plan options and assist with selecting suitable plans
• Contact care providers to assist with appointment scheduling or referrals
• Guide customers in using myuhc.com and other UnitedHealth Group websites
• Support Medicaid markets and help customers navigate digital self-service tools
