Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support New Mexico members remotely. You will handle 50–70 calls daily, addressing benefits, eligibility, and claims while guiding customers to the right plan options with accuracy and care.

This full-time role requires the ability to work 9:30am–6:00pm CST, Monday–Friday, with training and performance incentives. You’ll use our digital tools and company resources to resolve questions and empower members to navigate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience.
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Dine'.
• Experience with Windows PC applications.
• Full-time availability, 40 hours/week with 8-hour shifts CST.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve inquiries on the first call for benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Guide customers about health plan options to maximize value.
• Contact care providers to assist with scheduling and connections.
• Help customers navigate myuhc.com and other UnitedHealth Group sites.
• Support across multiple Medicaid markets.
