Job summary

Qualifications

• Field inbound contacts from retail and pharmacy programs across channels including phone, e‑mail, and online chat.
• Use company online, mobile, and social media platforms to recommend products and services such as CVS.com, Prescription Control, CarePass, and the CVS image.
• Take ownership of customer issues and assist customers in navigating the company’s digital channels, focusing on customer delight.
• Work remotely on a flexible schedule (approximately 10:30am – 7:00pm, with occasional overtime to meet company needs).
