The National Life, Disability & Wellness Team at Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a self-motivated bilingual Calculation Analyst who delivers value and supports clients across Canada. Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and empathetic communication when delivering difficult messages.
• Experience in disability benefit calculations.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Openness to change and continuous improvement.
• Bilingual in English and French to support clients across provinces outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and code offsets and the adjusted STD/LTD benefits in Navigator.
• Inform plan members of overpayment amounts with clear explanations in writing and verbally.
• Follow up with plan members to reimburse overpayments and arrange repayment plans when needed.
• Process claim recoveries in Navigator.
