This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy individual with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and digital tools quickly.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Carefully review and redact third-party information to maintain compliance with privacy requirements and prevent privacy breaches.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries received through multiple shared email inboxes.

  • Coordinate and schedule Medical Consultant calls.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including file transfers and administrative coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education (college diploma or university degree).
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
  • Experience in administrative or customer service (insurance or banking).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, as well as Adobe applications.
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies, take ownership of issues, and drive them to resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
When you join our team:
  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
