Vero Fiber Networks is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company, handling onboarding, account inquiries, and payment postings while coordinating resources across teams. This fully remote role requires strong written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

You will support customer requests, escalate issues when needed, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong critical thinker.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills such as telephone support skills, active listening and customer-care.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and adapt to changes quickly.
• Self-guided approach to learning and gaining knowledge in addition to company provided training.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment.
• Ability to effectively solve problems or elevate issues as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding new customers, existing customer account inquiries, payment postings, add‑on requests, resource coordination and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure incidents and customer requests are managed in accordance with quality standards and the goals of the company.
• Adapt and prioritize work within a fast‑paced, shift‑focused environment.
• Escalate issues as needed.
