Vero Fiber Networks is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to manage customer orders from onboarding through installation in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position operates from 8am to 5pm (MST), Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience, and includes benefits such as medical plans, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2 years in Telecommunications.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customer orders through scheduling, installation, and completion.
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Coordinate creation of work schedules using company systems.
• Maintain regular, consistent attendance and punctuality.
