Adobe Population Health (APH) is seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide front office support within the service center, coordinating communication between member services and members by phone, surveys, and scheduling. You will engage with insured members, listen to concerns, and help arrange appointments and referrals to maintain quality of life.

Qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish fluency, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
