Adobe Population Health (APH) seeks a Customer Support Associate to provide front office support, coordinating communications between member services and members by phone and scheduling. Must reside in Louisiana.

You will interact with English- and Spanish-speaking members, handle calls, schedule services, and ensure confidentiality per HIPAA while delivering clear, compassionate service. Strong Microsoft Office skills and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Spanish-speaking required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound front office support to coordinate communication between member services and members
• Make and answer calls, schedule appointments and service requests
• Maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Demonstrate professional communication with clients, families and team members
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Complete health risk assessments with members
• Ensure timely scheduling for all needed services
