Job summary

Transcard is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote, part-time role in the United States. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering a best-in-class support experience across calls and emails.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding customers, updating profiles, and coordinating withFraud/Operations to resolve issues while maintaining high service standards. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Fluent English; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer support experience with professionalism.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with departments to resolve problems.
• Maintain and update customer profiles with status and outcomes.
• Support fraud and operations as needed and document interactions.
