Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a driven bilingual Customer Success Manager fluent in Portuguese to join a high-producing B2B sales team. This role can be 100% remote from select locations with a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

The CSM will grow revenue within an established client base, manage relationships with senior executives, and negotiate renewals and expansions while driving adoption of Keeper’s security solutions across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success/Sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding & support.
• Experience selling to Enterprise accounts and C-level Executives.
• Autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers realize value.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
• Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by expanding within named accounts.
• Manage relationships with Senior Management and C-level contacts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align with business goals.
• Advise customers on security best practices and Keeper solutions.
• Deliver value across the customer lifecycle with proactive engagement.
