Job summary

Alera Group, a leading independent insurance and financial services firm, is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Representative. This remote role focuses on delivering exceptional client support for voluntary benefits, billing, enrollments, and questions via phone, email, and meetings.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish & English.
• Experience in customer service, benefits administration, insurance operations, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, delivering timely, professional, and responsive service.
• Assist clients with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, employment status changes, and terminations.
• Support benefits administration activities, including eligibility management, billing coordination, and policy maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefit plans, coverage, claims procedures, billing matters, and related service requests.
• Coordinate with carriers, account managers, benefit coordinators, and internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure accurate service delivery.
• Assist with voluntary benefits claims and support clients through the claims resolution process.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns and escalated requests efficiently and professionally.
• Follow established workflows and identify opportunities to improve client experiences and operational effectiveness.
