Job summary

Maximus is hiring Customer Service Specialists to support the Health Texas project by delivering customer care and enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web portals. Training is provided to prepare our CSRs with the highest level of knowledge and professionalism.

These are full-time, regular opportunities offering Hybrid and Fully Remote working arrangements. Residency in Texas within a 70-mile radius of the Houston Metro area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 8:00am to 6:30pm CST and onsite Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat, or approved channels.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services to consumers and providers.
• Document all interactions in applicable systems and complete tasks per guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate staff as needed.
